Each six-lesson course is custom-designed for the student’s level, beginner, intermediate or advanced
The structure leads the student to perform specific tasks, according to his or her goals
As an example of a beginning level course:
Introductions and salutations
Using the telephone
Asking and receiving directions
Sports and hobbies
Buying food in the market and ordering in a restaurant
Expressing feelings
One-on-One vs. Group Classes
Individual classes have the advantage of more intensive learning, with greater focus on the student’s individual learning style and personalizing the course content. Individual classes go at the pace of the student. Group classes have the benefit of students learning from each other and each other’s mistakes. Group classes are also less intense, with less pressure on each individual, since the work is distributed across the group. The pace of the class is determined by class dynamics. In both individual and group classes, students are expected to dedicate time to homework in between classes.
