For those who speak Italian already, or who are learning, I strongly suggest following the Facebook page “Casa Pappagallo” for entertaining and informative videos in Italian. The chef and host are Sicilian and very Falstaffian.  His humor, his insights, his presentations, are not to be missed.  He also has a website (https://www.casapappagallo.it,) with written recipes, articles, and lovely photographs.
